Independence Day

Grandma Boots and I celebrated the 4th of July in Eagle Mountain. Carlee and Miguel invited us down for a barbeque. Even though we didn't go anywhere specific to see a fireworks display, we saw plenty of fireworks in Utah and Salt Lake counties as we drove home. Ooh, Aah! Carlee gave us a choice of barbequed hamburgers, chicken or hotdogs. She also made a macaroni salad and a pretzel jello salad. I brought a potato salad and grandma brought fruit. Champ hung out under the table hoping someone would drop food.

Grandma actually bonded a little bit with Champ. You had to see it to believe it!

We tried to get Grandma Boots to jump on the tramp. "Next time," she said.
