Grandma Boots gave Jamie, Carlee and I an Amaryllis bulb for Christmas. We all planted them but we didn't have the same success. Jamie's bulb never peeked it's head out of the dirt in the pot. Susan's grew a few deformed leaves but her plant never flowered. Carlee won the "green thumb" award. Her plant not only grew and bloomed but got so tall that it kept tipping over. Congratulations Carlee!!
